There are many types of candles. All of them have one shared and common function which is providing us with light. They all provide us with light; however, the bright of light might differ from one kind to another. Besides, there are some kinds which do not only provide us with light, but they decorate the surrounding as well. Some types of candles are tapers, columns, votives, wax-filled containers and novelties, regular, and pillar candles. They all exist with different sizes, different shapes, and different colours. So, if we are to compare between the last two types of candles; regular and pillar candles which one is better? We can not say that one is better than the other, but we can say that each one has its characteristics and values.

Pillar candles have many advantages. They provide you with a special ambiance. They can help you to relax and get rid of the fatigue of the whole day, especially if you use them in the bathroom and you are lying in the bath tub. You will feel of peace and comfort to the extent that you won’t be able to get out of your bath.

Pillar candles are available with two kinds; scented and unscented pillar candles. You can get any kind of perfume you like. The beautiful thing on the scented candles is that you can benefit from their beautiful odour even if they are not lit.

Pillar candles come in different shapes and different sizes, for example, large sizes can go to 6 X 6 and smaller sizes to 3 X 3.

These pillars can be used as décors which help to accomplish your design. Besides, they can be used to provide us with light.

Regular candles on the other are more ordinary. It does not have unscented or scented regular candles. There are only unscented regular candles. It is true that there are many sizes of regular candles, but they won’t be as many as there are pillar candles. There won’t be as many colour and shapes of regular candles as of that of pillars.

In brief, pillar candles have many functions and good features, while regular candles have only few features.
